This is less of an ergonomic chair but more an ergonomic throne. For anyone who has watched a guide or a review of it, you will see how it wraps around your back as you move and how it feels like a cloud when sitting on it. I personally like to extend the bottom of the seat pad of the chair to cross my legs into an X as the chair is big enough to accomodate whichever way I'd like to sit while great support that feels like it's wrapping around my back. Yawning and stretching will take some getting used as you will be hugged and supported by this chair in every angle that your back can go which is a unique feeling only the Embody provides.

The chair is in clean and in great working condition! The grey back is somewhat transluscent for those who want to blast their RGB through the chair at night.
