A short term rental from June 25-August 20 for my room in a cozy house. The location is very close to U of A (20mins walk/bus/train to the campus) and has two grocery near by.

There are two full kitchen and washroom (shared with the same gender only) shared with other four U of A students. All of them are nice and quiet people. Two of them will be away and won't be back until the end of this period.

The rental time can be flexible, from one week to the whole term. Rent is $720/month and $45/day, furniture included as shown in the picture. If taking over the whole term, the rent will be $1350 in total. Damage deposit is required $300 for short term and $600 for long term (over 1 month). The furniture can be take over in a low price.
