Professional couple seeking mid-long term, 2 bedroom, unfurnished, cat friendly, accommodations in or around Grande Prairie, Alberta.

We have two well behaved, fixed, indoor only, senior (20 & 10 y/o) female cats.
Our vehicle is a well behaved light Toyota Tacoma truck that prefers off street parking.
We are two well behaved, middle aged human adults who don't care for drinking or antics and are “escaping” the shenanigans that are the province of Ontario.

One of us is an Office Administrator/Manager, while the other is a Network Engineer.

We are willing to negotiate a lease term length preferably no longer than 12 months.
First/Last Month Rent, and Security/Pet deposits all acceptable and payable immediately.
Ideally we'd provide payments monthly via Interac email transfer; alternative payment methods negotiable.

References are available from our previous landlords.
We can provide our past employment history via our resumes/references if desired.

We are capable of performing general day to day upkeep and maintenance such as snow removal and lawn care if applicable and given the tools to do so.

We prefer to have as many utilities under our own accounts as possible, however we're flexible if some utilities are included in rent.
*The one exception is Internet Service which must be under our own account.
