Work Out With In-Person Trainer At Home, All Equipment Provided
A certified personal trainer (CanFitPro, 2005) will bring a full gym of workout equipment to your house for every session and train you in your home to help you build a great-looking body, lose weight, improve strength, health and physical function. You will work out under professional guidance, on a program designed specifically for you based on your goals, condition, history and ability.

Some of the equipment that will be available to you:

- adjustable dumbbells
- Olympic barbells of all shapes and sizes, with urethane-coated plates
- adjustable bench
- rack for barbell squats, bench presses and overhead presses
- leg-extension and leg-curl machine
- lat machine for lat pulldowns, seated cable rows and many other exercises
- pull-up and dip station with assistance bands
- “landmine”
- kettlebells
- suspension trainer
- elastic resistance bands
- undulation ropes
- cardio and conditioning equipment

Any equipment you have can also be used.

If you live in a condo, workouts can take place in the building's gym, using its equipment as well as the trainer's.
