Job Description

We are seeking Machine Operator Helpers for our reputed clients in Brampton. They are looking for someone who is a reliable person and looking for a long-term opportunity. It will be a fast-paced work environment and you will be responsible for being punctual and ensuring quality services. We are looking to fill this position ASAP!

Responsibilities:-

Monitor the above units for the production of highest quality parts and products.
Help maintaining the equipment used and report any problems for fast repair.
Perform start- ups and change over, help to achieve continuous improvement.
Able to run all products, setups, and changeovers.
Understand all packaging, labeling, barcoding etc.
Make correct adjustments to bring part to spec.
Perform other related assignments as management directs.
Responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products.
Responsible to check defects, assemble products, monitor manufacturing equipment
Closely follow safety procedures to prevent accidents in environments where materials may be hazardous.
Check and weigh materials and products.
Assist machine operators, assemblers and other workers.
Willingness to learn machine operation.
Perform other laboring and elemental activities.
Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
Maintain activity logs.
Maintain a clean and safe workplace.
Requirements:-

Must be able to work regularly from Monday to Friday.
Must be able to do heavy lifting
Understanding of production procedures
Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
Analytical skills
Attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
Physical stamina and strength
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Shift Timing:- Morning (7am-3pm), Afternoon (3pm-11pm) and Night (11pm-7am)
Pay: $19 per hour
