Bud the Spud is hiring for help with daily prep! We are a local Halifax food truck that operates in several locations but prep person would work in Middle Sackville.

Part-time position available, about 20 hours/week. Must be available for evening shifts. Opportunity to increase hours and responsibilities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Preparing food such as: chopping lettuce, onions, chilli peppers; blanching fries, blanching fresh fish; and more
- Cleaning: restaurant equipment (deep fryers, flat top griddle, etc), food truck
- Stocking the food truck with various supplies (some heavy lifting required)

Experience in kitchens and Food Handling Certificate are assets but not required. Will train for specific tasks. Must have own transportation to get to and from work. Hourly wage to be discussed.
