Fabulous vintage hand blown glass garden cloches. Thick pale green glass, bell shaped with knob tops for indoor or outdoor décor. Excellent overall condition on all 4, no chips or cracks. Because these are handmade, there are some impurities within the glass such as air bubbles, etc.

Garden cloches were originally developed in the 1800s to protect small plants from the elements so they could get a good start. This is a much newer cloche with wonderful character, the glass has swirls and bubbles and lots of variations in color. Gorgeous over a plant, a sphere (porcelain or croquet ball!), set on a nest or on a shelf where it can catch the light and throw it around the room.
