I need someone to do part time yard maintenance work at my home while I am working out of town. I have a ride on lawnmower John Deere z445 Zero turn model. 3 hrs mowing per week and some tree care. I am paying $22 per hr. I expect you to have a smart phone with call/data plan that can take pictures to document work you are doing, a driver license and access to a vehicle on a weekly basis. Calling me for mower starting procedures and questions is a must. I have security cameras on property and company monitoring. 5 miles west of Winnipeg Beach.
