Prefer student or professional worker.The apartment is at the corner of Lasalle Blvd and Notre Dame Ave. Bus stop in front of the building and easy to go to New Sudbury Shopping Mall, Cambrian College, Laurentian University, and Downtown. I will cover the hydro and wifi. $875 all inclusive. If need a parking spot, we can apply to the lanlord which will cost $60 per month. I'm a very quite and nice person. I enjoy the company of nice people. I don't do parties at all. So looking for the same quality in you.
