The living room and kitchen is also fully furnished and includes a 65 inch 4K OLED TV (in the photo it's a 48 inch but we upgraded it to a 65 inch) . The balcony also has furniture and provides a beautiful view as depicted in the photos of vancouver.

Must be a male, as the other roommate is a male. Please send a brief description with an introduction to yourself, and dates. Happy to provide a video tour and introduction to the roommate.
