Sleeps 9 with queen bed up front ,twin and a single in the bunk house, take down dinette and fold down couch. In good condition except the floor has 3 tears from the frost in the winter. Tires rims and bearings new when i bought the trailer in 2010. Used 4 times per year. Stab jacks AC works good 3 burner stove and microwave.double propane tanks. Tom 705 772 2708
