Stratus Building Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager / Brands Standard Consultant for our fast-growing and innovative green commercial cleaning company. We apply professional approaches to our industry and solve many of the major problems that facility and property managers face today.

**Position: Operations Manager**

**Location: South Edmonton**

**Salary: Starting Base $45,000 Uncapped Commissions Bonuses Fuel Allowance**

- Flexible schedule (occasional evening and weekend work).

- History of coaching and growing a strong team.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including internet navigation, email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Reliable & hardworking.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
- Sales experience is very helpful.

**Job Responsibilities:**
- 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM office hours.
- Build relationships with both Stratus clientele and franchisees.
- Receive and remedy customer complaints.
- Conduct quality audits to ensure high service quality.
- Handle start-up service for new customers.
- Manage service transfers between franchisees.
- Quote and sell one-time services to existing customers.
- Train new franchisees.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees.

**Must have a reliable vehicle.**
