We are a logistics company looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to help with our daily administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
AP: Manage accounts payable, reconciliations, cheque runs.
AR: Create invoices, bank deposits, paychecks etc.
Manage paperwork
Create appointments at various unloading site.
Manage roster of loads and monthly pay statements.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Adept at Excel, Quickbooks.
Analytical capabilities considered an asset

Experience:
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
