The location: Great location, with a 2-minute walk to Dal campus, 5 minutes to SMU Campys, 5 minutes to Downtown and 1 minute to Spring Garden Road. Two major bus routes are only a minute's walk from the front door.
The roommates: Two, upper-year Dal Students, both quiet, responsible, studious and fun females!
You: Looking for a respectful, social, kind, clean female roommate who is responsible for rent and bills (we split everything equally). Preferably an upper-year student or grad student.
