I am English speaking tennis player and S&C from Russia. I am last year Kinesiology student at Guelph-Humber and graduate of Humber College of Health and Fitness Promotion program. In addition I am registered Can Fit pro group trainer and tennis coach. For the last 3 years I was working with professional athletes privately and in the gym setting. I work with word-class specialists at The Athletes Gym in North York and Speed Training in Vaughan. Alongside to my S&C coaching-16 years I play tennis and 12 of those I was playing competitively. I spent lots of time practicing at various academies all over the Europe and working with multiple specialists that knew keys to success in ATP level. Last last 2 years I dedicated to traveling to professional tournaments regularly, and I was fortunate to meet great players and work with them side by side.

Adult Fitness Group session- 30$/person
Personal Training - 80$/ session
Tennis Fitness Group- 30$/person
