**Position Overview:**
As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various administrative tasks. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with a weekly in-office meeting to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage and organize electronic files and documents using computer systems.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Coordinate communication between team members / lenders lawyers .
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment for remote work.
- Availability for a weekly in-office meeting.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with project management software or CRM systems.
- Familiarity with virtual communication tools such as Zoom or Slack.
- Previous experience in a remote work environment.
