Job would require staff supervision, hiring and supervising of contractors, maintaining clean buildings and grounds and managing the on-site office. Living on site is mandatory and a 2 bedroom condominium would be provided at a discounted rent. Prior maintenance knowledge and experience required.
Annual Salary - $70, 000.00 to $85,000.00 Annually based on experience..
