The puppies are four weeks old now and if (All) family members are on board and this is the right time to add a new member to your family please let me know and we could set up a video conference call or a in person home visit where you could meet the babies and we can chat more.

Our adoption fee is $2000 per puppy with a $400 deposit to reserve each Puppy.

For suitable homes for our puppies, we may consider reducing asking price!

Gracie is our beautiful Mama, she is a 12 1/2 pounds Shih Tzu and a excellent mama!
Handsome is the dad and he's also Shih Tzu , 14.5 pounds.

Gracie & Handsome are both three and half years old.
Both parents are screened yearly prior to their breeding, they are screen for any Genetic disposition by administering a pre-breeding test, checking muscle mass, hips, eyes, Kidney and liver function, etc. Both parents are fully vaccinated and de-wormed.

We have some puppies with beautiful coats in this litter from chocolate to white, black and a mix of all three, our dogs are our babies and we will do our best to raise happy healthy puppies to thrive in their new home. We start obedience and potty training at 5 weeks old, all of our puppies are fully potty trained before coming home. We have a lot of great feedback and updates from our previous families on our Facebook. All puppies will come home vaccinated, deworm & fully vetted by our veterinarian with their health record.

Also, we encourage all families to select puppy names early so that we can start teaching them their name before coming home.
