Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and assist customers with their auto parts inquiries.
- Utilize auto parts software to source and identify the availability of required parts.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding auto parts, including compatibility and pricing.
- Recommend alternative options when specific parts are not available.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and update inventory records.
- Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and changes in auto parts specifications.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in automotive technology is a plus.
- Proven experience in auto parts sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of various auto parts and their applications.
- Proficiency in using auto parts software and other computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional manor.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes for auto parts is an advantage.
- Bilingual skills may be advantageous for serving diverse customer needs.
