The crib has seen some love, but the mattress is brand new, unused - my daughter hated the crib and wouldn't go near it lol. The mattress had a sheet on it from the moment it was taken out of the package. Mattress is a Simmons dual side (one side for 0-12 months, other for 12m ), crib does not convert, is as simple as possible. All screws and tools/instructions are included, already disassembled and ready for pickup!
