We replaced these wooden steps with concrete ones. The steps don't look that good, but the wood is sound. I live in Carp. I'm willing to deliver them if it's not too far.

The steps are 5 feet wide. The rise of the top step is about 7". The rise of the lower step is about 8.5", but part of it would go in the ground - probably 1.5", so it would end up being 7". The lower step is about 9.75" deep. The upper one is about 11.25" deep. The boards are 1.5" thick.
