I usually service joint houses with rooms occupied by students, professionals boys or girls and with your busy life I take the burden off your mind for cleaning & hygiene so that when you return home from a hectic day, the clean and shining house welcomes you in a relax environment.
My usual charges are $10-15 per head per month and I clean and wash for you all the toilets spotless, sweep & mob all open areas, stairways, walkways, lounge, dining room, kitchen, work tops, oven & change garbage bags. Only rooms not included but can do with additional charge. Usually I visit fortnightly for 1-2 hours including basement are enough to maintain the house clean & hygiene.
All you need a house administrator who do the collection and coordination with me to schedule cleaning timings. I prefer cash payment per visit after cleaning
With this budget you can also organise floor bacterial cleaner, bleach, mob heads, garbage bags, dish washer, hand soap all available from Freshco or Walmart in bottles of 1-1.5 litres and last for few months.
I also service family homes and can provide very reasonable quotes.
