I am looking to rehome m 2.5 year old Pitbull/lab mix. We have had him since 8 weeks old, it absolutely kills me to have to do this, but I feel I have no other choice.

PROS
love attention (thinks he is a 10lb lap dog)
does not need to be kenneled
loves to go for drives and walks
very loyal

CONS
-Does not get along with other big dogs, (was fine with little dogs last year, its been a while since he was around them)
-has become very over protective.

We camp seasonal and this past weekend he attacked another dog un provoked and completely random.
We unfortunately cant keep him acting this way, he has become way to over protective of the kids and his home. I feel as if I am failing him, but I think he would do better with just adults or a family with pre-teen and up kids. he has never bit but I also don't want it to get to that point.

Overall he is a very sweet dog, he is just to much for us with 3 kids. please message me with any questions you have.
