This Canadian built 1981 Tanzer 22 (sail number 1995) is in excellent condition and has had only three owners. It is a trailerable twenty-two foot recreational keelboat, built predominantly of fibreglass, with wood trim. It is the perfect family sailboat. The T-22's cockpit is large. It is well over 7′ long and utilizes the whole of the boat's beam. It provides room to seat six and lets four sail comfortably. Below there is more room than first meets the eye. The design has sleeping accommodation for four people. The galley (kitchenette) is equipped with an ice box and a sink. There is also a dinette table for two. A marine deep cycle battery with solar charger, a North Face main sail one jib and one genoa are included. The original manual and Tanzer newsletters with lots of suggestions come with the boat. The boat has a custom built launching trailer and is fitted with a Nissan 6 horse power 4 cycle long shaft outboard motor for docking and maneuvering.
