I'm selling my steam account because I only use like 2 games out of all of them, It's valued at $5,354 as of todays prices

The account is level 117, 263,269 steam points in the steam shop, some games have $200 put into them from dlcs (American truck simulator, rocket league Etc...) The account has no bans, never been reported for anything (To my knowledge)

It's a lot of money for game I know but it is a lot of games, If I could sell the games individually I would.. so to ensure everything goes smoothly I will help assist (In person) in making sure email gets transfered properly with no hiccups!
