Milksmith is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about ice cream, learning all things sweet, as well as providing exceptional customer experience. As a seasonal part-time Milksmith Team Member, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction by:
• Preparing and serving: quality ice cream; beverages and food products for all guests • Delivering prompt, accurate and exceptional customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Communicating and building rapport with customers to ensure their needs are met
• Answering any customer inquiries and making product recommendations • Handling POS transactions (debit/credit/cash/gift card)
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area adhering to the highest health, safety and sanitation standards Duties may include wiping down tables, changing garbages, washing dishes etc.
• Receiving deliveries and unpacking supply stock
• May occasionally attend events as a brand ambassador, promoting products and/or services and company
• Attending staff meetings as required
• Other duties as required

• Ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for long periods of time • Ability to work in a fast paced and team-oriented environment

• Eagerness to learn and take initiative
