It is not a basement suite (no seperate kitchen/laundry) it is a full basement room with small storage area and bathroom/shower. The kitchen and laundry rooms are shared by everyone in the house. Being a home occupied by people in their 20's you need to be okay with noise and some late nights from the other residents. The basement room goes for $900/month, all utilities and internet are included, there is streetside parking if you drive.
