Our construction/ cabinetry business is currently renting a 3350 sq.ft. commercial space in Burnside - address is 900 Windmill rd. Unit 302. The unit has a front entry door, and a back loading bay door (10ft. tall by 12ft. wide), and has 12ft. ceilings.

2/3's of the space is open floor/ storage, while 1/3 of the space is the front entry area, storage room and a small 2 piece washroom. Currently, the unit is being used as carpentry tool and material storage as well as a fabrication/ wood shop.

Our ideal tenant would be someone/ a company doing woodworking or general carpentry, but any/ all applicants will be considered.
