Must be ok with smokers and a small dog.
This person will need to help prep some meals and do short walks with the owners dog due to his Mobility issues.

No drugs, no drinking, and no funny business please.
Drive way parking stall available, shared patio area out back, everything but the room is shared.

yard work is contracted out and maintained regularly.
