Are you raising chickens, turkeys, or ducks this season and need them slaughtered and processed?

I will drive out to you, slaughter and process them. Or, for a reduced price, you can bring them to me (in the Tweed area).

$8/bird, $1/bird extra for breakdown (into wings, drums, breasts, thighs, and backs and necks), plus $0.50/km for gas.

I'm also available to slaughter and process deer in the fall.

I have about 2 years full-time experience as a butcher, including completing a certificate at the Seaway Valley Meat Cutting Institute in Cornwall. I learned to slaughter and process poultry in one of Ontario's only poultry abattoirs. I also have an up-to-date (2023) Food Safety Certification
