The Urban Equity Centre is located directly across the street on College Drive from U of S Hospital and University Campus in the J.B Black Estates building. You cannot drive down College drive without noticing this beautiful structure. Excellent location for counsellors, psychologists, accountants, lawyers and immigration consultants. Most of our offices are currently occupied by businesses offering massage therapy, dental services as well as counselling and psychological services. Your rental will include - One desk and a chair. - Telephone line with a private extension # if requested. - Internet. - Access key to main door, and private office door. - 24 hours access via your private security code for entry. - Access and use of common areas: waiting area, 4 washrooms, meeting rooms, and kitchen. Services Include: - A full time receptionist employed by the Urban Equity Centre during hours of operation. - Offices dusted, floor swept and mopped once a week. - Cleaning of the common areas 3 times per week.
