RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting directly to Dispatch manager

• Receive and record information for all calls • Address problems and make requests by communicating with the necessary parties or providing solutions • Receive calls about deliveries and dispatch pick-ups to drivers • Multitask and prioritize calls according to their urgency • Regularly monitor delivery progress and assure timely response within requested timelines • Providing drivers with vital information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements REQUIREMENTS: • 1 year of experience as a dispatcher • English & French - MUST • Data Entry experience an asset • Outstanding organizational skills and multitasking abilities • Active listener with exceptional communication skills • Able to work under pressure when required • Demonstrated knowledge of the geography within the Montreal area.
