We are currently seeking a positive, enthusiastic and punctual member to join our team.
Hours: 20
Monday: 9:45am – 6:30 pm
Friday: 9:45am – 4:30 pm
Saturday: 9:45am - 4:30 pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidates will have some office experience (preferably one plus years) and be computer
savvy (proficient with Microsoft Office suite). Familiarity with private health insurance billing and
Alberta Health Care claims submission would be beneficial. Optical dispensing skills would also be considered an asset.
You must be friendly, personable, organized, flexible, skilled at multi-tasking and problem solving, and a
team player. Duties include reception and administration - scheduling appointments, greeting patients,
answering the phone, cleaning and sanitizing rooms/bathrooms, filing, taking payments and processing
claims - and pre-testing patients.
The wage for these roles is dependent on experience and will increase after the probationary period
based on job performance.
