I am a chiropractor with an office with 3 rooms. I have 1 room available for rent . I am looking for massage therapists, acupuncturists or someone in a related healthcare field who would like to work collaboratively or by themselves. I will take other people though as well.
I am looking at a monthly rent charge or possibly a % split. I am willing to give a very good rental price. The office has been fixed up to look better. It has been re-painted and the carpets have been cleaned. It is located in Montgomery (Calgary).

FYI: it is on the 2nd floor of the building. There is no elevator.
