The Social Perception and Cognition Lab (University of Toronto, Department of Psychology) is seeking participants for a study on hiring decisions, and we would like to invite you and your team to take part.

Our research aims to shed light on how individuals with previous hiring experience make professional hiring decisions. Your participation would greatly contribute to our understanding of current hiring processes in Canada and their antecedents and consequences.

We are inviting professionals who have sat on a hiring committee to participate in this study. You are eligible to participate if you have experiences in any of the following:

· Recruiting and evaluating talents
· Screening candidate profiles
· Conducting interviews with candidates
· Making a hiring decision

The study will take place in our lab at Sidney Smith Hall (100 St George Street) on the University of Toronto's St. George campus. This study will take no longer than 40 minutes, and participants will be compensated $15 for their time.
