Job Description:

As a Store Evaluator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough evaluations of retail stores across various chains. Your assessments will focus on aspects such as store appearance, product placement, customer service, and overall shopping experience. Your feedback and recommendations will play a crucial role in helping retailers improve their operations and increase customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Visit assigned retail stores and conduct comprehensive evaluations
Assess store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising
Evaluate product availability, pricing, and promotional displays
Observe and interact with store employees to assess customer service
Take photos and notes to document findings
Complete detailed evaluation reports highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for improvement
Provide actionable recommendations for enhancing the overall shopping experience

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field
Excellent observational and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)
Smartphone with camera for documenting store visits
