Hi, I am Timothy, I am searching for an UNFURNISHED sunny room just for myself on the upper floor of a house or in a condo with a bathtub, either private or shared bathroom with only one other tenant. I also need a parking space for my small Honda Civic. I have a single bed, a folding 6' desk, a 3' x 2' dining table, a CRT TV set, a microwave oven and many apple boxes. I also have 3 mini-refrigerators (20" x 20" x 36") which are 5 star energy saver, I need to have them in my room for convenience. So I need a room at least 12' x 12' in size.

I have secure and steady income and an Equifax credit score of 802 which is rated as excellent.

I do very little cooking, I eat the same meals everyday: Oatmeal in the morning and chicken and rice in the early afternoon, all is done in a rice cooker.

I am youthful looking, quiet, well organized and always keep my home spotlessly clean, I don't smoke, I don't consume alcohol and I don't have visitors. I spend my time in internet research on various topics, playing the stock market, listening to music (Classical, Intrumental, Oldies) and watching my collection of movies and adventure films on projected screen. I am very creative, I post music videos in Youtube for fun and passing time. I go exercising and jogging in the woods twice a week to oxygenate my blood cells and to keep my health in good shape. I love camping and vacationing in the Caribbean.

About my past residence: I have been living in a condo in the Square One area in the past 10 years after selling my condo in downtown Toronto and moving to Mississauga for cleaner air and less traffic congestion. I have moved out the condo as my landlord wanted to reoccupy the unit for family use, also condo living has become unaffordable. My landlord said I am the best tenant ever as I helped him fixing problems in his unit and kept it in good shape, reference is available. Currently I am living in rooming house for short term lease as my landlord will be migrating to US later this year, reference is also available.

About my career: I retired from a big electronic company in the aerospace industry after 31 year of service, my job involved testing and troubleshooting analog/digital printed circuit boards used in the Inertial Navigation Unit for commercial airplane and for military aircrafts. I was well liked by my co-workers and by my boss, they said I am diligent, devoted and responsible, they said I am cute and they all called me Timmy. My starting salary was $167 per week, my salary at retirement was $1,044 per week. While most retirees receive GIS and other benefits I was still paying $7,000 income tax in the past 10 years because I had big income supplement from my RRIF converted from RRSP, but now the money is depleted due to expensive condo living and surging inflation of recent years. I need to downsize from condo living. I have paid nearly $1/2 million income tax in my working life.

About my eduation: I landed in Vancouver and attended high school in Vancouver for 2 years before moving to Toronto where I attended Grade 13 and graduated from University of Toronto with a degree in Electrical Engineering. My Thesis on "Magnetic levitation of vehicle" scored 85% from Gordon Richard Slemon, his was a professor tutoring in the Power System course, he was also the Dean of Electrical Engineering at University of Toronto.

Favorite location: Within these boundaries: Hurontario to the east, Creditview to the west, Dundas to the south, Eglinton to the north. In the vicinity of woods where exercising and jogging is my daily routine.
