Responsibilities:
1. Estimation Excellence: Lead project estimation with accuracy and thoroughness, collaborating closely with our Senior Estimating team.
2. Change Order Management: Efficiently handle change orders, ensuring smooth project flow and minimal disruptions.
3. Team Coordination: Work with our Scheduler to monitor project timelines and meet milestones.
4. Pre-Construction Leadership: Oversee pre-construction meetings for seamless transitions from estimating to execution.
5. Leadership and Support: Set clear goals, provide mentorship, and empower our foremen and superintendents for success.
Requirements:
• Electrical Construction Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility: Thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace challenges.
