We are currently seeking an experienced Front Desk and Reception Supervisor to oversee our restaurant's Front Desk operations. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the reception area and supervise front desk to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Handle phone calls, take dining reservations, and manage the flow of guests.
Assist in coordinating the seating arrangement during peak hours to maximize dining room efficiency.
Address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
Provide training and support to front desk staff, enhancing their skills in customer service and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our menu and services to effectively answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a front desk supervisor or similar role in dine-in restaurants.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints with tact and professionalism.
Proficiency in managing reservations and taking orders both in-person and over the phone.
A customer-oriented approach with the ability to adapt and respond to various situations.
