Do you require someong to keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using Quickbooks or Simpli Accounting? I do the following:
Handling accounts payable functions, such as posting payables, facilitating payments, and conducting cheque runs.
Managing accounts receivable tasks, including scheduling customer payments and posting payment receipts into accounting software, issuing invoices, and running AR reports
Making bank deposits, posting journal entries, assisting with the preparation of financial and accounting reports
Preparing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations and filing monthly and quarterly HST remittances
Preparing payroll and maintain group benefits program
Compiling year-end requirements as needed
