Office/Administrative Assistant

Description

Entry level position for Expense Management Company located in Edmonton.
Must have reliable references and office experience.
Must be detailed oriented, ability to multitask in fast paced work environment.
Excellent verbal & written communication, strong computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
Will be responsible for assembling daily production scheduling and ordering products to fulfill incoming orders
Preparing and Shipping customer orders on daily basis
Responsible for inventory accuracy of finished goods, supplies, bulk etc.
Identify root cause of inventory discrepancies
Track bulk lot and production history
Coordinate monthly and quarterly inventory
General admin assistant work
Self starter and ability to problem solve
Pay is $27 per hour, Mon-Fri, 8am to 6p.m. Reply with a resume via the email address below
