I'm selling our (me & my late father) camp that's located on the Grand John Cluster which is approximately 30 minutes from Burtts Corner via the Crow Hill Road or approximately 30 minutes from Millville via the Mill Rd. The camp was built fall/1993 by Dad and his friends. The camp sits on an acre crown land leased lot. The camp site is private in the summer with the leaves on and has been groomed, mowed, and well maintained like the camp has been. It sits on steel beams which are on cement pads. The camp has never moved/settled, not even an inch!! It's 20' W, 28' L with an additional 8' closed in unheated veranda. Separate large wood shed. Bathroom is an outdoor outhouse. Camp is fully finished and furnished with 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of bunk beds in each. Can sleep 10 people. Lots of kitchen cabinets fully stocked. Full size propane range/oven, two door propane fridge/freezer, propane lights that run off 4 - 100 lb propane tanks with a spare as well; large wood stove that can be cooked on and heats the camp well. Lots of windows with curtains. Fairly new 12V AM/FM/CD/radio w/aux jack for phone and 2 larger speakers that sound great. It's hooked to a 12V battery with a solar panel that keeps it charged. Outdoor motion sensor solar light over door. Large parking area with a spot made to set up a RV if needed. The decision to sell has been a difficult one but the main reason is I haven't used it much and not sure if will. Dad passed away June 2023. It was his pride and joy and his weekend getaway since it was built!
