Looking for a long term rental in the Kimberley/Cranbrook area
Unfortunately the place we have called home for the last 4 years has sold and we need to find new accommodations by July 31st or sooner.
We have been enjoying rural living in Moyie and are heartbroken to leave.
We are in our mid 30's with no children and seeking a 2/3 bedroom rental most preferred in the Kimberley area, out of town most ideal and open to Wycliff, Ta-Ta Creek, Wasa, Skookumchuck and others but are open to all options due to the current market. We are comfortable with what comes with rural living and wood heat if needed.
We are both stably employed full time. We keep to ourselves and are very clean, we pay our rent on time My husband is very handy and can do most home repairs and maintenance. We take pride in and respect our living space and will treat your home as our own.
We can provide employment, personal, and rental references.
We need a pet friendly home, we have 2 large but very friendly adult dogs. Our dogs are members of the family and well cared for and cleaned up after. They are housebroken, lazy, and not destructive.
Our budget is approximately $2000 per month with some wiggle room and we would like to stay in our new home until we are ready to purchase our own which will be a few years away still.
