ANT Auto Body is a leading provider of collision repair services in the Greater Toronto Area. Our state-of-the-art facility and experienced technicians ensure that your vehicle is restored to its pre-accident condition. We work with all major insurance companies and offer free estimates, shuttle service, and loaner vehicles for your convenience.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Sales Supervisor to play a key role in development, Implementation and monitor Sales plan to ensure sales objectives are achieved or exceeded.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish, implement and monitor short, mid and long-term sales plans, identify opportunities of growth and maximize profitability.
2. Maintain Inventory and order merchandise.
3. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Identify unrealized opportunities and follow up with clients
6. Continuously develop knowledge of product and remain up to date.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of business development/sales experience, candidates with experience in automotive sector will be given preference.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some business education is preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English language, knowledge of Tamil – a strong asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and social media platforms, and optionally with CRM software
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
