Join Our Growing Team: Digital Customer Experience and Interaction Specialist Wanted!

Position Details:

Hours:

• Part-time initially, with a blend of remote and in-person work, with the possibility to transition to full-time as our business expands.
• Flexible scheduling: 4-5 days a week, Mon-Sat.
• Work hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm, with flexibility to discuss scheduling needs. Overtime may be required during peak times, special events, staff shortages or for inventory purposes.
• Immediate position available; however, we are committed to finding the ideal fit for our team.

Hourly Rate:

• $18-$23 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Creating and curating content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries and comments across social media channels promptly and professionally.
• Acting as the primary point of contact, answering phones and emails from customers, and greeting them in person during special events/busy times.
• Collaborating with the team to coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Assisting with online inventory management and advertising.

Skills Required:

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Creative mindset for storytelling and content creation across multiple social media platforms.
• Effective management of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
• Previous social media management or marketing experience preferred.
• Clear and articulate speech; proficiency in a second language is a bonus.
• Possessing basic computer skills, understanding both software and hardware fundamentals.
• Have the ability to commute to our location in Airdrie.
