It's in pretty good shap for its age.
Comes with working propane 2 burner stove top, sink with water hook up , electrical hook up, working trailer lights, and awning canopy.

Tires and bearings are good.

It will need some minor repairs by someone who is handy.

We no longer use this Trailer and prefer that it goes to a good home.
