Serious collectors will appreciate the meticulous care taken in the small details that complete these two sculptures. Both of statues feel very solid when held and are quite heavy for their size. These statues are in beautiful like new condition with no issues.

Venus de Milo Statue – This a famous replica of ancient Greek sculpture on display in The Louvre Museum, the goddess Venus in Roman mythology corresponds to Aphrodite, the symbol of love and beauty in Greek mythology. Mozart Bust Statue – This is a Mozart bust statue featuring one of the greatest classical composers of all time. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (1756-1791) showed prodigious ability from his earliest childhood, composing and performing with his musician father at European courts from the age of five.

This bust is made of bonded marble that was produced by combining white Carrara marble powder and resin as a binding material. The bust is mounted on a bonded agate/quartz base. The bust is marked A. Giannelli on the back. Giannelli was born in Volterra, in 1907 and was a student of sculpture and graduated from the Royal School of Art. In 1944 he opened his own studio and began producing works of art. He was an Italian master sculpture and the president of the ‘Alabaster Craftsman Guild' from 1953 until 1961. The artist's work has been offered at auction multiple times, with realized prices ranging from $53 to $2,250 depending on the size and medium of the artwork.
