Key Responsibilities:

Design and conduct high-energy, effective Reformer Pilates classes for all levels, ensuring a safe, fun, and dynamic experience for every participant
Personalize instruction to cater to the needs and goals of individuals, promoting progression and well-being
Stay up-to-date with the latest Reformer Pilates trends and techniques to continually enhance the class experience
Build and maintain positive relationships with members, fostering a supportive and motivating community environment
Provide guidance and support to members on their fitness and wellness journey, encouraging consistent progress and dedication
Collaborate with the Life Yoga Studio team to organize workshops and events that promote Pilates and overall health

Certified or Certifying Reformer Pilates Instructor
