Crop-Guard Services Ltd. custom feeds hogs at their finisher facility located in central Alberta, Ponoka. We are currently seeking a full- time swine technician to join our team!!! We offer a competitive wage based on previous experience and qualifications. Off - site accommodation available.

As a technician, you will be responsible for performing various duties related to:
- Receiving and unloading hog deliveries
- Ensuring humane and safe handling of hogs in our facility
- Monitoring water lines/feed/air flow and temperature in barn
- Cleaning/prepping empty pens for animal entry
- Weighing/sorting pigs for transport
- Maintaining livestock performance records
- Minor maintenance and general farm duties
- Other duties as assigned

Candidates must contain:
- Good work ethic / communicative skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work weekend shifts
- Be physically fit
- Have own mode of transportation with a valid class 5 license

Candidates with prior experience will be prioritized, however, we will train individuals with the right work ethic and attitude.
