Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Drywaller Taper to join our team. As a Drywaller Taper, you will be responsible for applying and finishing drywall to create a smooth and seamless surface. Your attention to detail and precision will be crucial in ensuring the highest quality finish for our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install drywall sheets according to specifications
- Apply joint compound to seams and screw holes
- Smooth and feather the edges of the compound to create a seamless finish
- Sand and buff surfaces to prepare for painting or wallpapering
- Repair any imperfections or damages in existing drywall
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drywaller Taper
- Strong knowledge of drywall installation and finishing techniques
- Proficient in using taping tools, sanders, and other related equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
